A. Duie Pyle transmits and receives EDI using Value Added Networks such as Kleinschmidt,
Descartes, and Sterling Commerce. We can also trade files using FTP or AS2. FTP
provides a free and easy way to exchange data, while AS2 provides a means to connect,
deliver, validate and reply to data in a secure and reliable way over HTTP(S). We
have the ability to transmit and receive common transaction sets, including the
following:
• Motor Carrier Load Tender (Transaction Set 204)
• Freight Invoices (Transaction Set 210)
• Bill of Lading Information (Transaction Set 211)
• Shipment Status Messages (Transaction Set 214)
• Payment Advice (Transaction Set 820)
• Load Tender Response (Transaction Set 990)
• Acknowledgements (Transaction Set 997)
